I was approved to play ufc 6 beta but no codes

I didn't realize til early this morning that my old email was connected to my ea account I was able to get into the old email but its been years since I've checked it so it hasn't been receiving mail.ive changed my email connected to my email account but obviously I was too late so now I don't have anyway of getting my ufc 6 beta code now
