Moves not working but they are unlocked

**bleep** game pisses me off once you buy a move it works great for a while but now it doesn’t work this game is trash I paid good money to get it and worked hard at upgrading my fighter just for moves to not work fix that bug or at least give me the money I paid for the game back because I don’t want to play if some moves I want won’t work
