ufc 6 career mode / overall

Hi everyone,

I'm just a regular UFC fan who's been playing the UFC games for years. I've spent a lot of time in UFC 6 already, but honestly, this game isn't giving me the excitement I was hoping for.

I feel like Career Mode has so much untapped potential, yet many things from previous UFC games were simply carried over without much improvement. Hairstyles, tattoos, customization, and other features barely changed. It feels like we're playing the same Career Mode over and over again.

What I'd really love to see added to Career Mode is more interaction with the real UFC experience outside of training camps. Things like:

  • Press conferences.
  • Face-offs.
  • Interviews and media interactions.
  • More choices that actually affect your career.
  • The ability to ask Dana White for a chance to become a triple champion or unlock special opportunities.
  • Dynamic storylines based on your achievements.

One feature I've wanted for a long time is Bruce Buffer actually announcing "The one, the only..." after you've built an incredible legacy in Career Mode. Imagine going 30-0, 40-0, or breaking major UFC records and earning special introductions or achievements. It would make your career feel much more rewarding.

The current walkout intros also feel way too short. They don't create much atmosphere, and the presentation flow isn't for everyone. At the very least, it would be great if players could choose whether to enable or disable it in offline modes.

Overall, Career Mode has so much potential to feel more alive, immersive, and connected to the real UFC. There are so many opportunities to make it more realistic and memorable, but right now it feels like we're repeating the same formula every year. I really hope future updates and games take Career Mode in that direction because it could become something truly special.

    I'm in the same boat. Career mode in EA UFC3 had several of these things, though it was just immersion (from a **bleep** smartphone screen, but still) and no gameplay. The few choices you face -  in text-form - are extremely insignificant.

    Career mode (or what I've seen of it) seems like a step back. The little immersion that was there got deleted. It's just a fight - train - repeat thing, with the only thing changing is the skin of the fighter you're facing.

    As a pure offline player I will not purchase this game if they keep ignoring offline players (while that is a thing for EA in general). Seperating the onboarding and calling it a "new game mode" won't help, EA...
