Will an ultimate edition upgrade be available on release?

I'm wanting to know if the ultimate edition upgrade will be available on release because I'm wanting to get the disc for UFC 6 and when UFC 5 came out there was no ultimate edition upgrade on release and it came out two years after the release of UFC 5
