I accidentally cleared UFC CAF Online Slot

Good Afternoon, 

  I would like to know how to submit an inquiry regarding a reset. I prestige'd 3 times and during my time to reset the fighter's point - accidentally cleared the slot in Online CAF. 

I have spent hours leveling up this created fighter and would like to know if there is a possibility in assisting with having this undone as it is now reset all the way to beginning after spending all the points.
