Online Ranked Matches Freezing in EA UFC 6

I wanted to ask if players in Europe and North America have also been experiencing game freezes during online Ranked matches in EA Sports UFC 6.

 

This has become a major issue for players in South America and has seriously ruined the online experience. It feels as if someone is pressing the "Pause" button in the middle of the fight, causing the match to freeze for a moment before it continues.

 

Do you know if EA Sports is aware of this issue and whether they are planning to release a fix? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Every online ladder or career match, my controller input is completely frozen from the start of the fight  I can't move, strike, block, or even open the pause menu. My opponent moves and fights freely during this time. Input only returns to normal once a KO happens or a skip prompt appears, which seems to reset/unlock the input state., playing on xbox trial version series s

     

    1. Launch UFC 6 Trial on Xbox Series S
    2. Queue for an online Ladder match
    3. Match loads normally, no crash or white screen
    4. Once the fight starts, controller input is unresponsive (no movement, strikes, blocks, or pause)
    5. Opponent's fighter continues to move/act normally
    6. Input becomes responsive again only at KO or a skip-able prompt, 
    • Confirmed controller works fine in Practice Mode / offline matches
    • Tested wired vs wireless connection
    • Restarted the game fully between matches
    • Issue is consistent and only occurs online
