Update: The issue is still happening. I was finally allowed back into online play after receiving a penalty, loaded into another match, and immediately encountered the same glitch again. The game then issued another penalty. At this point, I can’t reliably play ranked because every crash risks additional punishment. This makes the mode effectively unplayable.
