South America Servers - Severe Input Delay and Heavy Gameplay
Hello everyone, I would like to report what appears to be a gameplay responsiveness issue affecting EA SPORTS UFC 6 while playing online. I have spent many hours playing, recording, and reviewing my own gameplay, and I have consistently noticed that Online gameplay often feels significantly different from Offline gameplay. My setup Xbox Series X Brazil (South America) Wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi) 1 Gbps fiber internet Stable connection No packet loss reported by Xbox Network tests show no apparent issues Because of this, I don’t believe the issue is related to my local network. Online gameplay issues The problem is not limited to Ranked. I also experience it in: Ranked Online Online Career Online Quick Fight In many online matches, my fighter suddenly feels much heavier and significantly less responsive. I frequently notice: Delayed inputs Slower movement Combos feeling interrupted or less fluid Defensive reactions feeling delayed Grappling transitions and fake transitions sometimes feeling inconsistent Movement becoming “stuck” under pressure, especially near the cage Overall gameplay feeling noticeably heavier The issue is not simply latency. It is the inconsistency. The responsiveness changes from match to match, even under the same hardware, network, and connection conditions. Over the past few weeks, this issue has become much more frequent. In my experience, the majority of online matches now feel noticeably heavier and less responsive than expected. While the severity varies from match to match, the problem has become consistent enough that it affects most of my online sessions, regardless of the game mode. The timing, movement, and overall responsiveness often feel significantly different, making gameplay feel sluggish and inconsistent. South America servers I would like to ask if EA is aware of any networking or server-related issues affecting South America. Specifically: Are there any known issues with South American servers? Is there any server instability that could affect gameplay responsiveness? Is this level of inconsistency between online matches expected? Is the development team currently investigating responsiveness or networking issues specific to South America? This affects every online mode I have tested, including Ranked, Online Career, and Online Quick Fight, suggesting the issue is not isolated to a single playlist. Additional information I have recorded dozens of online matches over multiple days showing the same behavior. These recordings consistently show differences in responsiveness, movement, combo timing, grappling responsiveness, and overall gameplay feel. If needed, I would be happy to provide gameplay videos to help with the investigation. Thank you for your time. I hope the team can investigate whether there are any server or networking issues affecting players in South America.International update
Ever since the update my game has been running like crap. It's a whole list of things. Ill enter matches with steady pings ranging from 28-60 and after half the 1st round starts intermittently lagging ( mind you I have the best Internet my co offers). Not always but often my fighters feel slow and sluggish. Unable to block sometimes causing knockouts. Rarely ever able to use in game quick chat, not that it's a big deal. And the grappling is just straight garbage. You literally cannot fake a transition, and there's issues within the submissions. My opponents being fully drained of stam and somehow their transitions are faster. To pay $100 for this to constantly be frustrated with things that aren't in your control is total bs. It's almost like playing undisputed. And that's bad 😞. Please fix this bs EAOnline Career matchmaking in Oceania (Australia/NZ) - “No opponent found”
I’m in Perth, Western Australia, playing on PS5 with cross-play enabled and NAT Type 2. I have four active Online Career fighters (Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight and bantamweight), and all of them experience the same issue. During Australian peak times I’m lucky to find 3–4 matches per hour, but outside peak times I frequently receive “No opponent found.” When I do find matches, it’s usually against the same small group of Australian and New Zealand players. Other online modes work normally, so the issue appears to be isolated to Online Career. I’ve ruled out my home network by testing NAT, cross-play, restarting the game, and extensive network troubleshooting. I’m interested to know whether this is an Oceania player population issue, whether Online Career is region-locked, or whether there are known matchmaking issues affecting this mode. Are any other Australian or New Zealand players experiencing the same thing, and is EA aware of it? If this is primarily a population issue rather than a bug, are there any plans to introduce an expanded-region matchmaking option or progressively widen the search after a period of time so players in smaller regions aren’t limited to such a small pool of opponents? this is particularly frustrating when using paid XP boosts which often run out before they can be used effectively.Profile blocked
HI I own the ultimate edition of UFC6 and every time I log in I get a message that my profile is blocked. Can't access any online features or record progress. After speaking with numerous chat agents and administrators through email no one has been able to help. All I want to to is play the game and have fun but am not allowed. Why is EA continuing to block access to game features that I've already payed for???SolvedFix servers
I have fiber optic internet. I can pull 1 gb symmetrical speeds. At no point for 10+ matches in a row i should be paired with people with 135 ping. I get an occasional bad qaulity internet matchup. But when im going from div 15 to 8 because im only going against players that have high ping thats problem out of a 2 hr booster, ive only got about 15 minutes of gameplay to use it because i just leave the second i see it above 100ms. Fix your servers to be more stable. Otherwise this is the perfect game.
