“Cannot connect to online servers”

So I play on Playstation 5, and decided to try out Battlefield 4. Not to my surprise, it won’t connect to online servers and I cannot access the multiplayer. I know this game is YEARS old, but I still expected it to support it.. Especially considering the fact not too long ago they supported the PS5 just fine. It gives me directions what to do for .3 seconds and then immediately afterwards, goes to an error screen. This just me, or a technical issue? I followed every step, changed my password like it told me and still nothing has changed.
