I'm already tried to clear cache, delete game data, reinstall the game, use a proxy, use another device and the same error. I can log in like a guest, i can log in with other account, but cannot use my ufc mobile account. Facebook account is working properly.
By my investigation this error 0x1 isn't unique. I know at least 5 people from russian community with the same error. Could you forward this issue to developers if it possible? I can provide access to my facebook account for EA devs for investigation and solving this issue.
Please ivesigate this case for fixng this kind of bug.
Don't let player loose his game progress!
Not only did I try all steps, I tried on other devices, I opened 3 cases, waited for "team of specialists" to answer me, Sorry we can't help you with your error, we suggest to make a new account.
I have newer account but who would play after losing a year and a half of progress. I'm not crazy. The thing is, I can't even save progress from guest account linking it to an old facebook account that i was using previously. So it's really strange that once your account is lost or whatever it is, you can't use it for starting a new game, not that I would ever want it.
