400 Fights and its still the same face!

I've had over 400 fights in Ultimate Teams. No matter what division I fight in, I'm always fighting the same face with minor changes. I started to think others weren't being creative until I watched a video of a guy I just fought. His character has tats, black hair...the whole nine. When I fight him he looks like the standard preset fighter (male or female) This is a huge problem for me. Fighting the same face over and over is depressing.

Bottom pic is the faces I always see.

    Its fixed now. A few weeks after (maybe a month) i posted this, the glitch was fixed. I called EA. For now, i would keep posting screenshots on their facebook page. They'll delete them, but keep posting
