Account Invalid/Ineligible I cannot access any online features of the game im told my account is invalid. I pre ordered the game i have ea access bought the first three games no problem. I tried reinstalling it but still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

@tonyp757 This is an account related issue. Can you try resetting your password at Help.EA.com and then see if you're able to login to the game? If you continue to get the error, no sweat. Its not even giving me the option to login, I don't know if I need to go to a different app on my xbox or if its something i missed in my settings.

I'm having a major issue with my account. I got bought my ps4 recently and am using the profile that was previously on it. I changed my email and username to my own personal emails, but it just said account invalid, and won't even give me the opportunity to login on my own. I bought it from a stranger and I have no idea what his previous email or passwords were.

@protectlilb2013 You need to use your own profile. Our Support won't be able to help with that because it's their account from the get-go.

How do I remove the account? It just says account invalid and I don’t have a chance to login to my own.

@tonyp757 Same problem here, not even giving me the option to log on, can’t play online or progress at all. Very frustrating
