Account Invalid

Yep.. I’ve been having the same issue.. really wish I could get it figured out considering I purchased the game 

Every time I log into any of my EA games it give same screen sayin how my account is invalid, then on ufc 4 saying how I need to create account when i have one. When i try to link my psn to my accounts it keeps saying how my psn is invalid. Not really sure what to do from here. 

I had the exact same problem. I changed my password. And then went to my player hub. I believe it was called. Hit my track pad on my PS4 controller. And it seemed to work. Hope everyone gets signed in. 

Says that my account is invalid for some reason on my ps4 account, won't let me even log in whatsoever, I played the game on my alt account and logged in to the SAME EA ACCOUNT without any issues WHATSOEVER, however the account i purchased the game for is only getting this error, I can't play online with the alt because I don't have PS PLUS so it's still a huge issue, please help if you can because this is seriously annoying. I reset my password and it didn't help at all, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it from my external hard drive to the ps4, I tried editing my account info, this issue still persists, please help.

Right so as you can clearly se man of us have tried resetting our passwords i just did and still no help at all. I dont understand how we can pay 60$ for a game to not even be able to play the most exciting/fun part of the game. NO resetting the password did not help, now why dont you get off of your * and figure out how to allow your customers to play the product they purchased. Litrally this post is filled with people all saying the same *, we cant play online and doesnt even give us the option to log in to an account just "ThIs AcCoUnT iS InVaLiD. PlEaSe ViSiT hElP.eA.cOm FoR mOrE iNfOrMaTiOn." WORTHLESS.

I understand why this can be frustrating as account setup or issues is never a fun process when you're just looking forward to sitting down to play a game. Sadly, there is not much we are able to do on the forums in regards to this because we cannot make account changes from our end. This is to maintain the highest level of security for EA account holders. 

We must ask you to contact our Support team at Help.EA.com in order for an EA Advisor to pull up your account to verify if there is something else blocking your access to the game, or information needs to be updated to ensure account security is at a desired level. We do apologize though on any inconveniences this is putting you or anyone else here through, but I assure you this can be fixed and our Support team is very friendly at our Help site.

I just tried the live support however it asks all the questions of what game, connection etc then only gives me the option to call and of course being on the other side of the world I am outside business hours. Sigh.

I have been playing this game for ages with no issues, now suddenly the acct is invalid ☹️
