Achievements not Unlocking (Xbox One)

Anybody know why achievements don't unlock even though you have completed it and met the requirements?

    @showtimekakashi1 Hi,

    Are you still experiencing this issue at this time? There was an outage around the time of your posting and there is a chance that this may have been related.

i'm unfortunately still having issues with this. i just became the ultimate fighter in my career and the achievement didn't pop. i hope this gets resolved soon. first it was the photo game face issues, and now achievements not popping... this truly has been a horrible gaming experience so far.
