I contacted game advisory like your link said. After I spent $41 and did not receive points for my ufc game. After trying my hardest to understand the foreigners broken English I was told there was nothing they can do. Such * service. I will not be making purchase of any ea game again, and that sucks for me because all I play is ea games. Way to keep your fanbase ea. So disappointed
