Bought UFC points and my money has been drawn, but no UFC points?

I bought UFC points and i've checked my bank and money has been drawn but i have not gotten any UFC points????

The same thing happened to me I talked to a guy he said it would be fixed in 24 hrs. That’s in 1 hour so if it doesn’t get worked out I’m gonna call again and raise hell

    That’s happing to me rn sent 35 they told me to wait 24 hours still nothing
