I contacted EA through their Live Chat customer care service. He explained that it was due to the DLC and game area code conflict and PS store is to be blamed for that
I asked him that the DLC/Add-on was theirs I mean EA sports he somehow kept spinning the matter round and round. I was given a raw deal by EA sports and so is the
case with many people here. People just stop buying UFC 2 add on packs till these people solve this issue

While UFC2 is not region locked the DLC actually is. I want to make sure that all of you have the same region game as the store you are trying to download from?
