Bruce Lee still locked after Achieving GOAT

i completed the career and all the GOAT challenges and still Bruce Lee is locked and unplayable. It says the same thing either complete the career or purchase. Im on Xbox One X, aquariusbeast17

    That's really strange. We'll need to have our Support team pull up your account to verify why it hasn't unlocked for you. Please contact them via Twitter at EA Help or at our Help site Help.EA.com. They should be able to assist in getting this unlocked for you.

@Aquariusbeast Apologies for the delayed response. Have you played an online mode since this happened so you can connect with the servers to sync up the progress?

Yes i i play online couple of times, bruce lee is still locked. I dont understand, its ur game, all the saved data is collected by your servers, cant u just check my profile and what is in there?. Its been weeks
