Can’t even unlink old email and link new one

EA support has been nothing but terrible for me. I’ve talked to several advisors through live chat and emailed even more. NONE could help. For one they seem to just be going off a stupid script even after I clarify what exactly my situation is. All I want is to unlink whatever EA account is linked to my Xbox so I can link my actual EA account. I’ve had others tell me they helped them no problem. But they can’t do such a simple thing for me I guess. I cannot even play online because of this.
