Cannot replace old Game Face

When I go through the Game Face creation process at easports.com/gamefaceweb, all the steps work correctly. But at the end, it shows me my previously created Game Face, rather than one created based ...

    Disabling all Chrome extensions fixed the problem 🙂

    The only publicly available extension on the list is AdBlock.
