Cannot start EA UFC 2

I cannot start EA UFC 2. On the ps4 dashboard, where the icon of EA UFC 2 is there is a paused icon, and when I try to play it, I get an error message, just saying "an error has occurred". No error code or anything like that. Occasionally I get a message guiding me to the psn store saying it cannot find the game. 

While I'm here, I may as well also ask why my ps4 seems extremely buggy on start up. Recently, icons will be missing and a lot of times it freezes giving me an error message, though this can be fixed by restarting the console or exiting the error message.
