Can't access player hub/challenges PS4/5

Summarize your bug Every time I try and access player hub I get the message "Unable to process your request at this moment, please try again later".
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and connect to player hub.
What happens when the bug occurs? Gives error message stated above.
What do you expect to see? It fixed?
Tried changing profile picture to another default picture twice, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting, power cycling etc. No issues playing online against other people, but no access to challenges/xp gaining.
Didnt have this issue until a few days ago, looked for an update, deleted and reinstalled and tried the solutions I mentioned above and still no good.
