Can't complete Step 5 to Generate Face in GameFace

Steps 1 - 4 aren't a problem for me.  I've tried them in MS Edge, Firefox, and chrome.  It works in all of them.  However, getting it to "Generate" and completing step 5 won't happen.  I get a consis...

I had the same issue, what worked for me was changing windows version, from 10 pro to 8.1, after that, at my first attempt it worked.

    Running in compatibility mode or something?  Ah whatever... this has been a compete waste of 3 days of my life uploading pic after pic and positioning those stupid dots and every browser, every this, every that... 2 simple pics and EA can't solve this.
