Can't complete Step 5 to Generate Face in GameFace

Steps 1 - 4 aren't a problem for me.  I've tried them in MS Edge, Firefox, and chrome.  It works in all of them.  However, getting it to "Generate" and completing step 5 won't happen.  I get a consis...

We are still investigating this ongoing issue with Game Face creation. We do not currently have an ETA for the resolution.

    i tried everything what worked for me was using my windows 7

    for whatever reason it works my windows 10 no matter the browser

    no matter how the pics were placed

    no matter what i did or was suggested to do would never work.

    I even made new account cleared cache everything

    my windows 7 collecting dust worked perfectly
