EA Sports should be ashamed of the poor customer support. The people in the chat support are so over the top fake in saying they sympathize with me for this not working and I am getting upset at this point, I have tried for days on many browsers, many different pics each time taking 5-7 min and yet nothing. Some of the advise given leads me to believe these people don't even know what game face is. Is EA Sports that out of tune with their customers that they don't think we will try and troubleshoot online first and that they think they can recommend such nonsensical solutions. I am no fool and I can tell when I am being lead in circles by a useless ignorance.
I expect resolution, I expect someone to value the amount of money spent on things that don't work and fix it. MAKE THIS RIGHT.
These complaints are going back to 2017. Just get this gameface function out of the game and off the website if you can't/don't want to fix it. Don't copy/paste these back into new games.
