Can't complete Step 5 to Generate Face in GameFace

Steps 1 - 4 aren't a problem for me.  I've tried them in MS Edge, Firefox, and chrome.  It works in all of them.  However, getting it to "Generate" and completing step 5 won't happen.  I get a consis...

The team made a back-end change a few days ago and it should be fixed now. Please let us know of any specific errors you're getting so we can help troubleshoot it.

@EA_Blueberry Still will not generate the final face image after all other steps work. Have tried in IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

      @EA_Blueberry Still not working after doing everything you've suggested. Still says 'There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again.' after step 5

        Thank you for flagging this down. I'm going to lock this post since it's from 2017 though so we can discuss this on a more recent post. Please report feedback/issues for Game Face in this post.
