Yes, if you are using a guest account your progress will be lost if you delete and reinstall.
What happens when you try to play/connect? Please post any error message/error code.
- ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoi got the same problem, only a few days to complete the challenge. since yesterday the same message (my internet is ok, full and strong WiFi) . im just two divisions left to get it, but for your weak servers im not gonna get it. im very angry!!! if continue this way, dont want to return to play a EA game, and expend money. im not playing with facebook, so i cant unisntall and install again, but i can see is a problem about the serverm please.... FiX it!

The device I am using is a Samsung Galaxy S4.
I am having this problem for 5 consecutive days. Once I login to the game, it shows that I have a error connecting to the EA servers. Here are the details:
Username: Dodson41
Version: 1.7.873884
I did not login to Facebook so I'm afraid that if I uninstall the game I would lose my game progress. I restarted my phone for multiple times but the error is still there.
Please reply!!! ☹️
