Can't download UFC 4 after having trial installed

So I downloaded the UFC 4 trial game and played for the allocated 10 hours, when it became available on the EA Playlist, I tried accessing it. It didn't work. So I deleted the data and then tried to re-install the game, only to be face with a "add to cart" button and not a "download" button. I tried installing it from the EA play hub, it takes me to the PlayStation store, where I'm yet again greeted with a purchase now option. I've never experienced any issues with downloading games from the Playlist, but since UFC 4 went to the Playlist I've been having issues. I do have an active EA play subscription which auto renews every year. The EA help service says that they can't pick up that I have an active EA play subscription, yet I recently downloaded Need for Speed Hot pursuit. Please do advise on what the issue may be, because I can't even download the game.
