cant play any online matches on ufc for xbox one

was wondering if anyone was having athe problem im having and that is im online but when i try and connect to play a rival match or unrank match or any multiplayer match on ufc it says failed to join...

@lobo1932 Do you have any issues with other online games? Have you tried hard restarting your console and power cycling your router?

Also please check that you have the correct ports open: http://help.ea.com/en/article/ufc-ports-info/

I don't mean to disrespect but have you even looked at the posts on these forums? This is a known issue that opening ports and hard resetting does not fix.

It's epidemic, and your post proves you guys are borderline clueless. People haven't been able to play the game for weeks now.
