Cant play onlie

Hi there,

What happens when you try to play online? Do you get an error message?

I am assuming he does and I get the same thing I have talked to multiple of your people and none helped they sent stupid links that all said try restarting and checking router when obviously I did that multiple times I can play other EA games just fine accept this one there is something wrong with the game I need you guys to fix it please email me at [edit: email address removed] I need you guys to fix this

I am having the same issue and don’t have a custom picture and have checked my connection etc several times but can’t play online

If you're still having some trouble connecting to the servers let me know if this helps.

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

Yes, my way account restricts me from playing online games for ea and I wanna delete my account and make a new one but it says I don’t have the email or password
