Cant play online

Please help I cant play UFC4 on ps, account are libked and etc. Issue same, you have to be signed in to ea account..

    Good afternoon, @TMTFlow 

    We've seen some players experience connectivity problems when they're using a custom profile picture for their PSN account. Are you using a custom image rather than the default versions that come with PlayStation?

    If you are and change it to a default picture, fully exit the game and power cycle with these steps before launching the game again.

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PlayStation console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

No, it just repeats same please reset password error. I’ve reset it 3 times already, I can login on my phone but it won’t link to ps4 for some reason

It's possible you might not be logging into the correct account to reset your password. I recommend contacting our Support team so they can assist in helping it get reset for you. It helps to give them the PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag you play on so they can pull up the EA account you have it linked to.
