Are you connected to the internet when you're playing and have you tried deleting your Gamertag, then re-adding it to your Xbox One console? We haven't seen any reports so far this year about achievements not unlocking, so I'm leaning in the direction this could be a cloud syncing error which re-adding the Gamertag could potentially fix.
Nothing is working I’ve tried restarting and resetting my profile I’ve even tried on a different Xbox.
