Boot your console in safe mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

- @EA_Barry I've rebuilt database and made sure most recent updates are installed I'm still having the same error happen but am noticing it happen more often when i try to train Muay Thai
I only train Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai in my current career so that is a good theory.
