Career Mode freezing issue

Hello,  I've been playing carrer mode for a bit and I'm currently trying to finish a title defense fight.  Everytime I win and then right before it can go to the next screen where it shows the result...

    What happens if you try to lose this one fight? Does it still freeze or can you proceed then?

    Additionally, can you give any more info about this fight you are in specifically? You said it is a title defense fight, but which fighters are involved, etc. Anything that may be helpful would be good to know.

I have not tried to lose the fight yet...didn't really want to tarnish my perfect career.  My created character is 27-0, so it would be the 28th fight.  My character is a level 25 and fully maxed on all attributes.  The fight is against another fake fighter named Prince Ibaka.

I just tried it again and it froze during the replay of my fight (I won by knockout).  The is still sound effects of the crowd and I can pause the game from here to quit and whatnot, but it is stuck here.
