Career progression

I bought the game a couple of weeks ago, this is my first time playing a UFC games. I’ve managed to progress near to the end of my first career. I’ve done this being offline the whole time, and I’ve now managed to link my career to an online account and I’m still a level one and all the career and offline achievements haven’t been completed although I’ve done most of them. Is there any way I or Ea can fix this
