Character looks nothing like EA Game Face

Your supposed tech support is *, first of all. I wanted to contact an actual technician, not be directed to a community post. My in game character looks nothing like my EA game face. Facial features, hair style, eye color, everything is way off. I've tried editing and making new characters but still get the same outcome. Some help would be nice, instead of being falsely lead to a blog.

Probably the most important aspect of creating your game face is the lighting conditions and quality of the initial photo.

Try using the best camera you have access to and take a few photos under different lighting conditions (indoors, outdoors etc.).

I took multiple pictures, different lighting, backgrounds, flash/no flash, 2 smartphones, 2 different digital cameras. Online the character looks great. I look almost spot on on the website, but when I import to my game character, I look completely different. The problem doesn't seem to be with my picture, but with the website-to-game interface. The image doesn't translate well from the site to the in-game character
