If you are still seeing this issue, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game:

Before reinstalling a game, first you need to uninstall it from the console's hard drive. To uninstall:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My Games & apps.

Select Games.

Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button, then select Manage game & add-ons.

Select Installed>Uninstall all, then confirm by selecting Uninstall all again.

You can reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store. To download it again, go to My games & apps > Ready to install and select the game. You may also find the game by searching for it in the Microsoft Store.

after pressing any button to continue, the little globe will spin to show that its “loading” then stutters and then crash to the main home Xbox screen. When I unlink my EA account it works but I can’t play online. This is a 60$ game and the same issue occurred in the previous UFC entry. EA ..I don’t buy games often but when I do I expect them to at least work past the “press any button” screen

Game will crash before main menu after the "Press Any Button" screen. Tried resetting xbox one to fix this, and not luck.
Game worked fine all yesterday, but starting up today it now isn't getting to main menu.

Does it make a loud sound when it crashes? Mine is also doing this.

Crashes after title screen. I have tried restarting Xbox, deleting local saves and cloud saves, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Same problem, including the loud crash sound. Was working fine until yesterday.
Already tried all of the usual troubleshooting steps including power cycling, unlinking EA account, uninstalling and installing the game again (mine is digital), etc. All of the hardwares problems were excluded, all network problems excluded, so that only leaves the game itself.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve reinstalled. Cleared and reset my MAC address and done a complete unplug to fix it and nothing has worked. Xbox live support also said they couldn’t help and sent me here.
