deleting ultimate team fighters.

Cant delete any figthers today...my game froze while opening a pack, not sure if relevant, but happend since

I cannot delete my ultimate team fighters, I have uninstalled the game several times and it has done nothing. I lost my legend fighters (mike Tyson etc.) trying to fix it. Please fix it as soon as possible.
