How do you get the packs that come with thme deluxe edition?

Thanks @Jacobtk94, your initial Pre-Order packs will be available within a week.

You should find them there by March 23rd.

I purchased the deluxe edition of NHL 17 and I redeemed the code to get the packs that come weekly and this week I did not receive my weekly pack. Do you receive the pack the day you redeemed the code or a day before Sunday?
