Disconnects me from servers but I’m still connected the next second

This [Edit - Admin.] has happened more than 20% of the time on my ufc4 matches in OWC, says I have lost my connection to the EA servers yet the next second when I exit the match I am 100% still connected to see that I lost the match I was winning dominantly, I then lose more than 30 points for this “loss” and then for the next 50 matches I get matched with scrubs with less than 1000 points where I gain less than 5 points for a win but lose anywhere from 25-50 points for a loss, so your matchmaking isn’t good enough and your servers are [Edit - Admin.], something needs to be done because it makes this game unplayable

    @Ziggiq1994 

    This could be the result of packet loss where some data is being lost when transferring the information back and forth from the servers.

    Couple questions here.

    Have you tried rebooting your network and power cycled the console recently to see if a fresh connection to the servers fixes this? I usually do it once a month to keep my network at top performance. 

    Do you have a PC or laptop available for us to run a UO trace to see how your connection is reaching our servers? Sometimes it can be a specific server site your connection is tapping on the way to our servers, so it's completely out of your control but good to ping the ISP about so they can get it addressed. 

    I want to make sure you remain in those matches so you can climb the ranks. Let me know if you're interested in troubleshooting and sorry to hear about the connection issues.
