Dlc won't unlock players

I have purchased the all star pack inc Bruce lee and Tyson.. and none of them are unlocked in game,  I have checked there installed and they are? Any help

    i have bought UFC2 deluxe version,but why i cannot unlock Bruce Lee ,Mike Tyson and so on.i have tried any i can do,but cannot solve the problem.this is my PSN ID:Rasiohead

    Yeah, i had this problem too... how to unlock them!? ea know how to sell it but wont give us the deluxe item for us...
