@EA_Blueberry I appreciate your help. I wasted 1 hour with someone on EA help and it went nowhere. I provided a screen capture of my email receipt that PlayStation store sent me and the lady said she can't click on the link as I explained to her I put it on gyazo.com where I can share the link proving I paid for the deluxe edition and she denied me, so I left. I don't know how else I can prove to EA that I bought the game if EA is afraid to click on a darn link showing my receipt. Can I send it to someone's email @EA to remedy this faster? Thanks

Please upload a screenshot to your case via the image upload option. Our staff should be able to provide you the content as long as you provide a proof of purchase.

Our forum staff is not able to grant content I'm afraid. :\- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry I did that last night and he said for me to play the game after wasting an hr online with him on twitter. He saw the proof of purchase and I asked nicely to get the redeem codes for at least the players and was denied, so now what?
