Please tell me why the judges don't score a draw? Or why there is no doctors stoppage? This is something that happens and doesn't make sense that it's not in the game.

On UFC 4 you cannot get a draw?!
If you do not believe me, go and give it a try yourself. The reason I don’t like this is because it’s just not realistic. You get draws in this sport just like any other. So please add it in straight away!

Why is this the case? When there is a doctor stoppage in nearly every UFC event!!!
The Referee Also never stops the fights. He just watches them get knocked out or break a bone. But in real life this is not realistic at all!!! The referee would stop the fight if the opponent can’t defend his self and if a opponent has done something to his body or illegal then the referee would Pause the fight and warn the fighter or call in the doctor to see if the fighter can continue.
PLEASE EA FIX THIS GAME😓🙏🏻
