EA / UFC GIF Contest Help?

I won the GIF contest 3 days ago and received an email saying that I'd be receiving another email soon from Helloworld with an eligibility form I needed to fill out, but I still haven't received that...

Did u just get an email, im guessing people arent claiming them so it goes down the line.
