EA customer experience is the worst and more unreliable customer service ever

I got error 0x1 after playing this game since launch, I was not able to log in on my account and play my favorite game.  I tried that basic stuff, delete and reinstall the app cleared cache and tha...

    It does appear that as you have received the maximum amount of compensation adding the lost fighters is not an available option.

    We are sorry if the situation is not ideal for you, our Advisors do have strict rules on when and how much compensation can be allowed per case.

If it is not possible, why someone promise that ? Keith S. wrote it as you can see in the attached screenshot, it is also documented on the case. Over promised under delivery,  appears to be the policy for EA customer experience. Many other players says on Internet that got the fighters back after the same problem.
