EA Game Face keeps reverting back to old image even after deleting it

Im trying to use a new game face (the one saved is a few years old) but when i get to the last stage, it either gives me an error , or goes through as if its generated my game face, but is actually still using the old image that I've deleted.

Any fixes for this?
