We are investigating on our end, but it would be helpful if you could clarify a few things:
- Which email provider you were using to login with? (e.g. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail...)
- Which internet service provider are you using?
- Which region are you located in? (e.g. San Francisco, California, USA)
Additionally, please see whether the below helps in anyway.
- Clearing your browser cache http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache/
- Flushing your DNS Cache http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/

Still will not work. There website isn't working. It isnt on your end, many people are STILL having this problem.
I´m having the same problem, this page -http://www.easports.com/?redirectUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.easports.com%2Fgameface- keeps refeshing both on Chrome and explorer when I try to go to gameface. pls help

We just pushed an update to the website, can you please try once more?
You should now be able to just directly visit www.easports.com/gameface and log in from there with your Origin account.
Any confirmation whether it works or not would be great. We will be reaching out to those individual users that are still experiencing issues post our website update.

I am having the exact same issue. I am using IE 11 (64 bit on Win 7) gameface incorrectly identifies my browser as Mozilla 11 and says it is not supported. I tried Chrome but the unity plugin never loads in the browser. I have downloaded it directly from both EA and Unity to no avail.
Should be renamed crapface as no matter what you try or download it just doesnt work, frustrating and so unprofessional for such a big name like EA i have tried over 180 times to use gameface very very dissapointing
