EA scammed me for $130 and customer service won't help

Question

I paid over $130 for UFC points and when I open a pack in Ultimate Team&nbsp;it goes to the figher set card and then freezes. The only button that works is selling the card but then it happens as soon as I buy another pack. If I quit the game, then when I open it and go to Ultimate Team, it says I have unopened packs and then goes back to the figher set card. This was a complete waste of $130 since the game won't work now. I contacted chat support multiple times but they said they couldn't help and that I need to open a ticket (but there is no option online to open a ticket). How can I get this fixed? I spent this money to enjoy it last night and now all that's happened is I've wasted hours of my time and $130 for nothing. I need to get this fixed.

Also, to make it clear... I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have removed alternate mac address, I have removed and re-added gamertag, I have restarted router, etc. I have tried on a different xbox one console with my login. This is clearly an EA server side issue. EA's chat support just says "contact xbox for a refund on the UFC points". That is obviously impossible since xbox won't just refund money randomly if they don't know the issue and there is no way for them to confirm the issue since they didn't create the game.
