EA Servers down?

I just got the game today.  I was able to play 1 match online, then it shut down before the exit sequence was even finished.

I have restarted and unplugged my console, router, and modem.  I have also cleared my MAC address.  The issue remains.

Is there a way to find out if the servers are down and when they are expected to be back up?
