EA Sports Game Face

In my game face account, when your about to start to create your player in the website, when the already existant faces appear, to scuare wehre you could download the picture (which is the first box), it doesn't open and it stays saying "Loading". Why can't I access the photo download and why doesn't my avatar appear? I only see the shadow of the player and I have tryed this in three different computers already.

When I tried this before I had to wait a little while before it appeared. If you have waited and still have no luck, check that Unity or Game Face aren't being blocked by your browser or adblocker or anything else that could interfere.
